The best to be with friends is that sometimes you do not have to talk about anything, just contemplate
Life is not the way it is, life is how we interpret it and each one of us interprets it according to her or his personal experiences and circumstances. If you want to perceive life and the situations that happen to you in a different way, you should start by reviewing how you read reality. It would be good if you put your brain to play in your team, train it to play in your favor and not against you, and that is a habit that is achieved with daily practice. For example, it would be good for you to question the filters with which you look at the world, and when you are conscious you can try to put others (humor, acceptance …) that help you to cope in a more favorable way with the same situation, or, simply, try not to interpret a situation, look at it without judgement, without participating in it:
